As already known, have a DELL Inspiron notebookfor entry-level series. While the XPS series is intended for upper middle segment. In the event this product launch, Dell announced two new products, namely DELL XPS L502X and DELL XPS 15z. Last name is the spotlight because it claimed as the world's thinnest notebook to 15.6-inch sizes.
DELL XPS 15z has a tempting specification, with second-generation Intel Core i7 (Sandy Bridge) as the processor and NVIDIA GeForceGT 525M 2 GB as its GPU. Do not forget, this notebook is also equipped with NVIDIA technology, Optimus, which of course can save on your notebook battery efficiency.
he Dell XPS 15 has an aluminum casing similar to the Apple MacBook Pro. It has a nice forward hinge design similar to the Inspiron line. The overall design, however, speaks corporate. With the size of 1.3X14.7X10.6 inches and a weight of 6.3 pounds, it’s heavier than similar competitors like Acer Aspire AS5820T-5951(5.2 pounds) and Samsung R580-JBB2 (5.4 pounds) but has way better specs. its 15.6-inch screen is better than those 17-inch screens as it has higher screen resolution and is RGB LED based, therefore, providing a wider range of colors. Its keyboard and touch ad were highly engineered to have the best typing and navigating experience.
